Informed Insurance Advisors LLC was created in 2024 with a mission to help as many individuals and families as possible gain a better understanding of Health Insurance. We are located and have residential licenses in Berks County, Pennsylvania with additional non-residential licenses in Arizona, North Carolina and Florida.
Our expertise spans a wide range of health insurance products, from ACA, Non-ACA and even supplemental plans such as AD&D, hospital indemnity, critical illness, dental and vision plans. Whether it's a need for an individual plan or family coverage, we are here to help! Our goal is to inform and empower our clients to make informed decisions about their health insurance.

Diana Zimmerman, owner and principal agent at Informed Insurance Advisors LLC is a seasoned health insurance professional with over 20 years of insurance experience. She has been licensed for over 9 years and has worked the last 6 OEP's. Diana is Pennie certified to review and enroll in Qualified Health Plans in Pennsylvania and
Federally Facilitated Marketplace certified for Arizona, Florida and North Carolina. She is bilingual and loves helping anyone she can.
Diana offers a very unique perspective to health insurance because she started working with insurance back in 2002. She has worked in several doctor's offices, hospitals and even a cancer center. She has seen first-hand how high out-of-pocket costs affect the patient. The patient that should be concerned with their recovery instead of how they would be able to afford the treatment.
